Order Processing & Production Time
All of our trees are made to order unless otherwise stated.
- Production time: 7–15 business days
- Order processing time: 2–5 business days (order verification and preparation)
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If your item is in stock, production time may be shorter.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery timelines depend on product size, destination, and logistics method.
- Standard Shipping (large items): 18–25 business days
- Expedited Shipping (small items): 7–12 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or carrier delays.
Shipping Terms (DDP – United States)
For shipments to the United States, we ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means:
- All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are included in the price
- No additional fees upon delivery
For other regions (Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.):
- Shipping costs and import conditions may vary
- Additional duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations
- Final shipping cost is calculated based on destination

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size and delivery location. Promotions or free shipping offers may apply on selected products.
Delivery & Unloading Responsibility
All deliveries are made to the designated delivery address (curbside delivery).
- Unloading is the responsibility of the customer
- Customers must arrange assistance (for example, forklift or manpower) if required
If needed, we can arrange unloading service through the local carrier for an additional fee. Please request this service in advance.
Failure to coordinate unloading may result in additional charges, delays, or redelivery fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
For large shipments:
- Tracking may be limited during international transit
- Final delivery is arranged by a local logistics provider, who will contact you directly

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

We will notify you in case of significant delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
- Additional fees may apply
